01.Filing. Pursuant to Section 67-5272, Idaho Code, appeals may be filed in the District Court of the county in which: (3-31-22)a. The hearing was held, (3-31-22)b. The final agency action was taken, (3-31-22)c. The party seeking review of the agency action resides, or operates its principal place of business in Idaho, or (3-31-22)d. The real property or personal property that was the subject of the agency is located. (3-31-22)02.Time. Pursuant to Section 67-5273, Idaho Code, a petition for judicial review of a final order in a contested case must be filed within twenty-eight (28) days: (3-31-22) a. Of the service date of the final order, (3-31-22)b. Of the denial of the petition for reconsideration, or (3-31-22)c.
