In connection with any mail order sale, pursuant to CPR 33, it is an unfair and deceptive act or practice for a seller to fail to comply with the provisions of the Federal Trade Commission Rule on Mail Order Merchandise ( 16 C.F.R. 435 ). (3-31-22)
