Section 04.02.01.103 - DETERMINATION OF REASONABLY EXPECTED PUBLIC DEMAND

Reasonably expected public demand shall be construed with respect to the following factors: (3-31-22)

01.Records of Past Sales. The record of past sales by a seller. (3-31-22)

02.Price Reduction. The amount of price reduction, if any, and quality of goods or services offered. (3-31-22)

03.Advertising Scope. The extent of advertising engaged in regarding the sale of goods or services and duration of the sale as advertised. (3-31-22)
