Section 04.02.01.041 - SUBSEQUENT DISCLOSURE

Subsequent disclosure to the consumer of such material contingencies, conditions, or qualifications attendant to an initial offer, even if prior to consummation of the transaction relating to the offer, is not a defense to the requirements of CPR 40. (3-31-22)
