Section 04.02.01.001 - TITLE AND SCOPE01.Title. These rules are titled "Idaho Rules of Consumer Protection, Office of the Attorney General," IDAPA 04, Title 02, Chapter 01. (3-31-22)02.Scope. These rules are intended to protect persons in the state of Idaho against unfair, false, deceptive, misleading or unconscionable acts or practices by defining with reasonable specificity some of the acts and practices that violate the Act.
