Section 02.06.10.460 - ENFORCEMENT01.Reporting - Uncertified Seed Potatoes. All growers planning to plant uncertified seed potatoes shall complete an uncertified seed potatoes report form approved by the department and submit it to the department prior to planting. (3-15-22)02.Records - Certified Seed Potatoes. All potato growers are required to keep seed potato certification records for a minimum of four years after planting. The records may be official tags or other official documentation issued by the certifying agency and representing each lot planted. These records must include the potato variety name, certification number and certifying agency. These records are to be made available to a Department representative upon request.
