Section 02.06.10.295 - POTATOES FOR CONSUMPTION

Potatoes for human and animal consumption, grown outside Seed Potato Crop Management Areas as defined in Section 220, shall be treated with a sprout inhibitor before being offered for sale within Seed Potato Crop Management Areas as defined in Section 220 of Subchapter B. (3-15-22)
