Section 02.04.27.021 - INSPECTIONSIn order to ascertain compliance with this chapter, the Administrator is authorized to enter and inspect premises and other areas where animals are held or kept. (3-31-22)
01.Entering Premises. State animal health officials will attempt to notify the owner or operator of the premises or other area prior to conducting an inspection. (3-31-22)02.Emergencies.
