Section 02.04.19.202 - INVENTORY VERIFICATION01.Visible Identification. Individual animal identification verification may be accomplished by visually noting the unique official visible identification number or visually noting an unofficial visible identification number if the number is correlated with two (2) forms of official identification on the inventory submitted by the cervidae producer. The Administrator may, on a case by case basis, grant written permission for ranch specific unique bangle tags to be used for official identification. (3-15-22)02.Duty to Gather and Restrain. It is the duty of the owner of each domestic cervidae ranch to gather and restrain any domestic cervidae that state or federal animal health officials determine are not readily identifiable for inventory verification purposes.
