Section 02.03.03.500 - UNUSABLE PESTICIDES COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL

The Director or designated agent may, if deemed necessary for the protection of the environment, take possession and dispose of canceled, suspended, or otherwise unusable pesticides. (3-15-22)
