Section 02.03.01.421 - PESTICIDE USE AND RECORD KEEPING REQUIREMENTS

Pursuant to Title 22, Chapter 34, Idaho Code, and IDAPA 02.03.03, "Rules Governing Pesticide and Chemigation Use and Application," the Director shall inspect pesticide records to meet the need as described in Section 200. (3-31-22)
