Section 02.03.01.101 - MANAGEMENT PLANS ADOPTED BY RULEMAKING AND REVIEW

01.Adoption Through Rulemaking. The Director shall adopt chemical specific PMPs through rulemaking. (3-31-22)

02.PMP Review. The Director shall review chemical specific PMPs every two (2) years to determine if the requirements contained in the plans need to be modified based on new scientific data and information. (3-31-22)
