Section 8-515-21 - Revocation decision by the board(a) The board shall make a final decision on whether or not to revoke chartering authority within thirty days following receipt of the response from the authorizing contract holder of the notice of prospect of revocation.(b) Within fifteen days of making its decision on whether or not to revoke chartering authority, the board shall issue a report notifying the authorizing contract holder in writing, served by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, of its final decision. In addition, the board may also notify the authorizing contract holder by electronic mail. The report shall set forth, with reasonable specificity, the reason for its decision.
