Section 8-89-7 - Continued investigation

When a complainant makes a complaint against an employee, volunteer, or third party, the investigation shall be completed in the event that the employee resigns before it is finished and shall include a determination of any potential immediate interventions or remedies for complainant(s) and any other students or employees affected by the alleged harassment. Additionally, the Civil Rights Compliance Branch shall investigate allegations of violations of this chapter even absent a filing of a formal complaint or if a complaint has been withdrawn.
