Section 8-63-16 - Acceptance of applications(a) Application for examination and employment shall be made on the application form and with such supplemental information as prescribed by the assistant superintendent.(b) The assistant superintendent or authorized designee may determine the number of applications to accept and evaluate based on need.(c) Applications shall be accepted only during the period specified in the examination announcement. Late applications for competitive examinations may be accepted for good reason as determined by the assistant superintendent or designated appointing authority.(d) Applications submitted to the department shall constitute official examination records.
