Section 8-60-68 - Finality of decision; appeal

A decision made in a hearing conducted pursuant to sections 8-60-61 through 8-60-67 or sections 8-60-75 through 8-60-79 is final, except that any party involved in the hearing may appeal the decision under the provisions of section 8-60-70.
