Section 8-60-21 - Child find for parentally-placed private school students with disabilities
(a) General. The department shall locate, identify, and evaluate all students with disabilities who are enrolled by their parents in private, including religious, elementary schools and secondary schools located in the state, in accordance with section 8-60-10.
(b) Completion period. The child find process shall be completed in a time period comparable to that for students attending public schools in the state consistent with section 8-60-33.
