Section 6-83-44 - Facility operator assessments for costs of center administration and operations(a) Each facility operator shall, at times designated by commission order, submit payment to the commission of its pro-rata share of assessments owed toward the cost of administration and operation of the center.(b) The commission by order shall establish the method to be used in calculating each facility operator's pro-rata share of each period's assessments for administration and operation of the center.[Eff JAN 23 2012] (Auth: HRS § 269E-6) (Imp: HRS § 269E-3)
