Section 6-82-52 - User rates for public interest pay telephone

The user rates, terms, and conditions of a public interest pay telephone shall not be greater than the prevailing market user rates, terms, and conditions of other pay telephones in the geographic or exchange area in which the public interest pay telephone is located.
