Section 6-82-32 - Compensation for access code, 800, and debit card calls(a) A pay telephone service provider shall be fairly compensated for each completed compensable call from the carrier to whom the call is routed. As used in this section, a "compensable call" means access code calls, subscriber 800 and other toll free calls, and debit card calls.
