Section 6-76.1-15 - Terms and conditions of certification

Any certificate issued authorizing the provision of shared tenant service and any holder of such certificate are subject to the terms and conditions enumerated in chapter 6-80, subchapter 2, including those relating to suspension and revocation of certificates.
