Section 6-62-19 - Leases by common carriers to private carriers

Any common carrier by motor vehicle who leases a motor vehicle to a private carrier by motor vehicle shall file a disposal form for the leased motor vehicle. All markings relating to the common carriage operation must be removed from the leased motor vehicle.
