These standards shall apply to all electric and gas supply systems used in connection with public utility service and shall be in addition to the requirements of any existing state statute, rules, or local ordinances applicable to electric and gas service. Provisions of this Chapter 60 of Title 6 shall supersede any inconsistent provisions of the Commission's General Order No. 7 and General Order No. 8, Standards for Electric and "Gas" Services, respectively.
