The loan application and review procedures, shall be as provided in exhibit no. 1 entitled "State of Hawaii, Department of Budget and Finance, Loan Application and Review Procedures for Financing of Health Care Facilities through the Issuance of Special Purpose Revenue Bonds," dated September 24, 1981, located at the end of this chapter which are made a part of this section.
