Section 6-23-22 - Scope

This subchapter shall govern all contested case hearings under chapter 88, HRS, except for petitions from preliminary decisions under subchapter 1, and petitions for declaratory rulings under chapter 6-20, subchapter 4. The rules in this subchapter shall not apply to hearings related to claims arising under chapter 92F, HRS.
