Section 5-1-42 - Filed documents available for public inspection; exceptions(a) Unless otherwise provided by statute, rule, or order of the department, all information contained in any pleading, submittal, petition, application, charge, statement, recommendation, report, map, exception, brief, memorandum, or other document filed with the department pursuant to the requirements of a statute or rule or order of this department shall be available for inspection by the public after final decision.(b) Confidential treatment may be requested where authorized by statute.
