Section 4-158-30 - Ineligible applicants(a) No person shall be eligible to lease public lands who has had during the five years preceding the date of disposition a previous sale, lease, license, permit, or easement covering public lands canceled for failure to satisfy the terms and conditions thereof.(b) No person shall be eligible to lease public land who is in arrears in the payment of taxes or other obligations to the State or any of its counties.(c) No person shall be eligible to become an applicant who is not of legal age.[Eff DEC 06 2007] (Auth: HRS § 166E-6) (Imp: HRS § 166E-6)
