Agricultural park leases shall be subject to real property taxes. Upon notice by the appropriate agency, the administrator shall notify the lessee and each holder of record having a security interest as provided in section 4-153-35 of any default in the payment of the taxes, and upon failure to remedy the default within sixty days after receipt of notice of default, the board may cancel and terminate the lease without prejudice to any other remedies the State may have against the lessee.
