Section 4-186-7 - Compliance with advertising or labeled claims required

Any product subject to this chapter shall satisfactorily perform as advertised or claimed on its label If it is the intent of the manufacturer or distributor to limit or otherwise qualify the product's use, its labeling and advertising shall reflect this fact.
