Section 4-89-3 - Qualifications for measuremaster

Authorization to act as a public measuremaster shall be issued by the administrator in the form of a license. To qualify for a license, a person must:

(1) Be able to weigh or measure accurately;

(2) Be able to execute certificates correctly; and

(3) Have reached the age of majority.
