Section 4-71A-33 - Cancellation of registration

The chief may cancel the registration of a microbial product for any of the following reasons:

(1) Any violation of the conditions of registration;

(2) A written request by the registrant to cancel registration; or

(3) The microorganism(s) contained in the microbial product are no longer on the list of nonrestricted microorganisms.
