Section 4-70-20 - Permit for used coffee bags(a) Upon written request, a permit may be issued by the chief, authorizing the introduction of used coffee bags after being subjected to approved treatment as stipulated on the permit.(b) Each shipment shall be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate or a certificate of treatment indicating the treatment procedure.
