Section 4-70-38 - Notice of quarantine

The board has determined that there exists serious danger to the agriculture and horticulture of Hawaii from the introduction of various dangerous insects, virus diseases, fungus, bacteria, and other infectious agents of coconut (Cocos nucifera).
