Section 4-70-4 - Approved quarantine facility(a) An approved facility for the quarantine of plants is one which a certificate of approval has been obtained from the chief attesting proper and adequate construction to prevent the escape of an insect, a disease, or other pest.(b) An approved certification shall remain valid as long as the facility is maintained in good serviceable condition.
