Section 4-66-1 - Objectives

The objectives of these rules are to implement the requirements of chapter 149A, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), which provides for the registration, licensing, certification, recordkeeping, usage, and other activities related to the safe and efficacious use of pesticides.
