Section 4-41-19 - Inspection
(a) The applicant shall make the product to be inspected accessible for sampling and inspection, and placed so as to readily disclose its quality and condition.
(b) As many inspections shall be made as facilities permit and as far as practicable, in the order applications are received, except that preference may be given to applications made by an authorized official of the State.
(c) No inspector shall inspect any product in which the inspector has a direct or indirect financial interest.
(d) Unless the applicant requests otherwise, inspection and certification for quality or condition shall be based on the official standards of the State, or the official standards of the United States Department of Agriculture, or shall be by description where official standards are lacking.
