Title 7, Chapter I, Subchapter C, entitled "Regulations and Standards under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946," Part 54 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 54.121 to 54.127, shall govern the procedures pertaining to grading of lamb, yearling mutton, and mutton carcasses of the division of animal industry, department of agriculture, State of Hawaii.
