Owners of swine held at an official or authorized quarantine station for any reason shall provide feed and care for stock and shall clean pens after removal of the animals. Also, owners shall promptly remove any dead swine from the quarantine station when directed to do so by the state veterinarian. If, for any reason, the owners fail to fulfill these requirements, the division will assume these responsibilities and all costs involved shall be charged to the owner.
