Section 4-16-19 - Control of vaccination for Brucellosis(a) Approval from the division is required for sale and distribution of brucellosis vaccine.(b) Each animal vaccinated shall be permanently identified as required by the USDA APHIS Uniform Methods and Rules for the Eradication of Brucellosis.(c) The division is authorized to rescind approval issued under subsection (a) whenever in its judgment such action is warranted.[Eff. 10/5/81] (Auth: HRS § 142-2) (Imp: HRS §§ 142-3 and 142-6)
