Section 4-1-26 - Notice of rulemaking

Whenever pursuant to a petition or upon its own motion the board proposes to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule, a notice of proposed rulemaking shall be published in accordance with sections 91-3, 91-6, and 92-41, HRS.
