Section 3-143-202.1 - Proposal submittal deadline(a) Unless waived in accordance with subsection (b), the submittal deadline shall be at least twenty-eight days from the release date of the request for proposals.(b) Shortened time for submittal deadline. The chief procurement officer or head of the purchasing agency may approve to shorten the twenty-eight day period required in subsection (a), upon a written determination by the purchasing agency that: (1) Adequate competition will be possible in spite of the shorter time period; and(2) The shorter time period will allow potential applicants a reasonable time to prepare their proposals.Haw.
