Section 3-130-1 - Purpose(a) The purpose of these rules is to implement the requirements of section 103D-1202, HRS, and prescribe procedures governing the management, control, and disposal of property owned by the State, including state property accounted for by the several counties, and reported to the administrator of the state procurement office. (b) This chapter 130, subtitle 11 of title 3, Hawaii Administrative Rules, replaces rescinded interim rules previously adopted on 10/30/2014 (file no. 3123).
