Section 3-124-1.01 - Applicability(a) These rules shall apply to all solicitations made pursuant to sections 103D-302 and 103D-303, HRS, issued by a purchasing agency when a registered Hawaii product is available where the product is required.(b) These rules shall not apply whenever the application will disqualify any government agency from receiving federal funds or aid.Haw.
