Section 3-122-181 - Retention of books and records(a) Any contractor who receives a contract, change order, or contract modification for which cost or pricing data are required shall maintain the books and records that relate to the cost or pricing data for three years from the date of final payment under the contract.(b) Books and records that relate to a state contract, including subcontracts, other than a firm fixed-price contract, awarded under any method set forth in section 3-122-175 shall be maintained: (1) By a contractor, for three years from the date of final payment under the price contract; and(2) By a subcontractor, for three years from the date of final payment under the subcontract.[Eff 12/15/95; comp 11/17/97; comp MAR 21 2008](Auth: HRS § 103D-202) (Imp: HRS § 103D-317)
