Section 3-92-2 - Composition of advisory panels(a) Panels shall be composed of: (1) Two commissioners of the foundation; and(2) Not less than five and not more than seven members of the community at large.(b) The two commissioners shall act as chairperson and vice chairperson of the panel.[Eff: Feb 12, 1987] (Auth: HRS § 9-5) (Imp: HRS §§ 9-3, 9-5)
