Section 3-170-13 - Meetings by videoconference

The elections commission may meet by videoconference, so long as the requirements of section 92-3.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, are met. Additionally, members of the public may attend the meeting at any location where an elections commission member is attending by videoconference.
