Section 3-161-63 - Parties

Unless a petition has been disposed of pursuant to section 3-161-62, in all petitions for declaratory relief where the executive director of the commission is not the petitioner, the executive director of the commission shall be made a party respondent to the proceedings and shall be served accordingly.
