Section 1904.3 is added to read as follows:
"1904.3 Concrete Strap Type Anchors. Concrete strap-type anchors made out of cold-formed steel shall not be used along the perimeter edges of a slab on grade where the steel does not have at least 11/2 inches side cover or other adequate protection".
