Section 3-30-2 - Areas of state land involved(a) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to areas of state land under the jurisdiction of the comptroller which are specified on maps kept at the parking control office.(b) Prior to recording any new parking areas on a map at the parking control office, the comptroller shall post at the site of the new parking area, a sign notifying the public of the date this chapter applies to the parking area.
