Section 20-26-52 - Selling, advertising, and solicitation(a) Selling of goods of any nature is prohibited within the UH management areas.(b) Posting or distribution of commercial notices or advertising material of any nature, or soliciting the purchase or sale of goods or services, including but not limited to transportation, is prohibited within the UH management areas.(c) Any commercial notice or advertising material soliciting the purchase or sale of goods or services for a commercial activity that has received a permit pursuant to these rules, including but not limited to transportation, shall conspicuously provide the permit number and the name of the permittee to whom the permit is issued.
